Our Boxers!

We hope you enjoy browsing the dogs
that we have lived with in the past and some we still
have with us. Our site is a visual history of dogs from the
past in the pedigrees of dogs present.
We enjoy presenting the history over the years, of
our hobby showing dogs. They have brought us much joy
and we miss our departed friends that we shared time and
love with here and with our co-owned friends that shared
the lives of our dogs, too.

Our “Styx” is a very special dog.
He was breeder/owner handled by me to Reserve Winner’s Dog at the 1998
Great Dane Club of America’s Specialty in Texas and
Best Puppy

We here at DayStar Great Danes are his breeder and Co-Owner.

His temperament is superb, with a confidence that any male dane
should possess.  He is great with kids and loves people.
His great size with elegant beauty makes him very pleasing to behold.

We love him dearly and he is very special to us and to his family that owns him.

We are proud to call Styx part of history and heritage.

He is shown here going BOW (Best Of Winners) at
Chain O’Lakes Kennel Club in Grayslake, IL. – January 27, 2008
Justice has a 3 point major from a previous show and now
has 5 points towards his AKC Championship.
Justice is owned by Janet & Rodney Whitmore of
“Believer” Great Danes in Illinois.
He was bred by:  Ken and Shirley Reinhold of “EIO” Great Danes.

Bentley was shown by Michelle Bjorkman (owner),
Ray Cataldi – Rojon Great Danes
and Wayne Petersen.
Bentley was Bred by Faye Krueger, Craig and Lisa Heitke
and owned by Dorothy Walters and Michelle Bjorkman
Bentley was a “gentleman” dog.  He was terrific
with children and babies, a
very loyal pet and one of the healthiest danes I’ve known.
He lived to be 11 years old and died of old age
complications and I am
proud to have been a part of his life.
He was a super great
dog and sire of champions.
We love you “Bents” and miss you much.
